You can balance the weight of a suspended load and manually control its vertical position over the full range of a stroke.
For all types, the wire rope can be replaced with a load chain.
Hoisting capacity 140kg Type BC1
- This is a single balancing module type.
- Balance a suspended load that is specified within the range of 0 to the maximum hoisting capacity.
- Use the regulator on the side of the main equipment to specify the weight of the suspended load and balance the load. You can manually perform a balancing operation over the full range of a stroke.
- This feature facilitates load-lifting operations.
Hoisting capacity 140kg Type BC2
- This is a dual balancing module type.
- Balance a suspended load that is specified within the range of 0 to the maximum hoisting capacity.
- Use the regulator on the side of the main equipment to specify the weight of the suspended load and balance the load.
- Specify two different loads simultaneously.
- The ability to switch between two loads with a conveniently located button simplifies the transfer and installation of a load.
- The fall-arrest device prevents the load from dropping even if the air supply is shut off or when the pendant switch hose breaks.*
* The load will descend slowly when the air supply is shut off.
Hoisting capacity 85kg Type ABC
- This is an automatic balancing module type.
- This module automatically detects and balances the weight of a load.
- When the suspended load is balanced, you can control its vertical position by hand.
- Speed control is available using the speed adjustment screw of the automatic balancing module.
- This type is equipped with the fall-arrest device.*
- Two types of controller are available: pendant type and grip type.
